Program description

Kelco Industries, Inc.‘s driver notification program sends operational SMS text messages to freight and delivery drivers who are delivering to our warehouse. By providing your mobile number at check-in — on our self-service kiosk at the facility, or verbally to our receiving staff — you consent to receive these messages at that number.

Messages you may receive

Check-in confirmation with staging instructions
Notification that a dock door is ready
Notification that your load is complete and your paperwork is released
Notification that a load has been refused

These are operational, delivery-related messages only. We do not send marketing messages.

Message frequency

Message frequency varies; typically a few messages per delivery.

Cost

Message and data rates may apply, depending on your mobile carrier and plan.

Reply STOP to any message to unsubscribe at any time. Reply HELP for help, or contact us using the details below.

Carrier disclaimer

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
